HIP & SNAP COMBO
? Hip circles around the back
? Bend knees, and slight heel pivot
? Add a snap – gives texture to the move. Same
side as the hip
? Smooth hip to sharp snap!
? Rock the hips side to side – slight knee bend
I WANT 2 COMBO
? Step Touch with clap forward
? Hip Rock back – feet wide, hands up and splayed
with bent elbows
? Slight rock of the upper body with the arms,
hands pushing back towards the body
? Let the head and body go a little with this move;
really feel the music – it’s a party vibe!
BRIDGE ROCK/CHEST ISOLATION
? Keep the hips rocking and the arms waving, but
begin to lower the hands and pop the chest
? Hands keep going down into the Chest Isolation
? Chest expands and contracts, arms move
naturally with it
? This movement becomes quite big to warm the
body fast
INTRO + POP & SNAP
ADDUCTOR STRETCH
? One knee bent, the other straight in a long, low
side lunge. Hips and butt back
? Outside arm lifts from the elbow and the hand
extends up as the chest turns outward over the
bent knee
? Inside hand floats down as the other goes up

? Step Touch as you reach up left, right, then wrap
left arm over head and right across the chest as
you rock the hips. Hands throw out to the front,
head tilts back, then pull the hands in
? The Reach up becomes a Reach and Drop. This
is your moment to show contrast, so reach all the
way up, extending through your lats then bend
your knees and get low
? It’s like a reach and pull feel, pulling down from
the ceiling to the floor, and letting the body
follow
