in this workout follow the highs and lows of the
soundtrack. Let the music come through and set
the mood for the next 30 minutes. Coach bending
knees in the Jump Jack and good technique for
the Burpee.

 Jump into a Long Lunge
 Back knee towards floor
 Chest up. Arms swing to jump up and
switch legs

 Soft knees to absorb landing
