Use Block 1 to set great posture, coach the
basics, provide great options and give your
compulsory cues.
• Step Touch – chest up, abs braced
• Bounce – hips and shoulders square to front,
knees soft, feet wide
• Run – right, left, light on the toes, lift the chest,
you can dial it down to a March
• Squat – feet wide, down, up. Knees out, chest
up, hips above knee level
• Tricep Pushup – hands under shoulders,
elbows in by ribs, chest to elbow-height, abs
braced; option to drop the elbows back
• Backward-Stepping Lunge – long step back,
front knee out, chest up
In Block 2, we use Layer 2 cues that increase
intensity to warm the body further.
• Step Touch – down and up. Start to sit back to
engage your quads and glutes
• Run – kick your heels up, get your energy and
your heart-rate up
• Squat – sit deeper, our legs need to be ready
for the BODYATTACK workout
• Tricep Pushup – let’s prepare our core and
upper body for the work ahead
• Backward-Stepping Lunge – last chance to
warm the legs
In Layer 3 Share Energy, we use positive
motivators which are all about making people
feel good! Using lots of positive language here
will create a great vibe in the room and set the
scene for the workout ahead.
